This does not appear to be working on live at the moment. Is it just me or do I need to swap this over to the bugs?

Hmm, yeah. I was testing it on a PvP dummy/combat. Is this change only to PvE?

Guess it is bugged to the point it is only working in pve.

Im with you. It procs at 50 and 60. But feel like empyrian hammer is working with penitance and burn to ash seems like.

I’d say it’s more needed in PvP than in PvE due to uptime issues. Surely not.
