Does anyone know what’s going on with the portal for “the Lightforged” quest? It can’t be clicked.

Double check if any “special” action buttons are anywhere on the screen. That’s happened to me a few times when encountering something that would traditionally be clicked but was actually a special action icon I had to click instead.
