Is there an add-on or WA that can highlight a player’s raid frame or make it glow when their Lifebloom buff is within the refresh window? Is it even possible to manipulate raid frames like that?

Vuhdu has options to track these windows for your HoTS.
I have mine set so that the tracker (number) fades from solid white to a pinkish coloration, which will alert me to refresh for the bloom

it doesnt highlight the raidframe though

So on my druid, i use just the Raid frames i use an addon that allows me to have all my HoT’s Show up in that persons raid frame using various loactions and spot for the Icons, and i have it set to where I have the more important HoT’s like Lifebloom, rejuve Will glow Gold within the 4-5 sec/Refresh window At the top of my head i can remember the name of it but if you want i can give you my Profile set up when i get home??
