Life time subscription

this is a suggestion to the staff or anyone who can help me out. I am a fairly poor person, im on SSI as my only source of income. I play some other mmorpgs that have this option (Notably star trek online) and i would like to see this option added to wow.

i am fairly good with my limited money in general and would like to see a life time sub option for purchase. It would solve a lot of problems for me and others who have limited financial situations. you guys are all amazing and keep up the great work.

but yeah if you guys could add some type of a life time option that would be next level totally. i appreciate all you guys do. stay safe and keep taking care of one another. once again this is a suggestion to the staff/etc if you are able to forward this suggestion to someone who can do something let me know directly. you guys are all amazing and keep doing the great work you guys do! again im suggesting to add like a 200 dollar range life time sub option im sure this has been suggested in the past. but im suggesting it again to you guys now.

it would help me and others in my boat. keep staying safe and being good to one another. I will keep a eye on responses to this thread. stay safe you guys!

They exist as a novelty at charity auctions… I forget what the going rate is but usually its a minimum of 5k

Huh, this is really a weird thing.
Set up a subscription, put it in auto renewal or w.e [it shows I don’t do that stuff anymore] and let it keep running. That or you’d have to pay upfront of like a bajillion dollars lmao

Hmmm, that price range is below the annual sub.

It would have to be the PV of at least 5 years of subs.

I understand where you are coming from. However, Blizzard sells subscription time differently. You’d pay a ton of money for a life time subscription and not be able to afford it, secondly, Blizzard does not intend WoW to last a lifetime. They would have no idea of how to charge you for a lifetime subscription. Look at the price for 6 months of game time.

I used to have a lot of money and now I have less, what I do that would work like a lifetime subscription is keep my credit card on my account for it to get charged every month and then I’m able to look at my overall amount of money with my subscription subtracted from my total amount.

To pay for a subscription intended forever would be at a price that is not affordable. Blizzard makes money through subscription charges so they would have to charge you a huge amount of money to allow you to play WoW without ever paying them anything anymore for the game time.

1000 USD :sunglasses:

Just a suggestion, but it might be worth it to try out some of the “beer money” types of subreddits, that list legit websites and such, where you can make a couple bucks here and there. I’ve done that in the past, and have very easily made around fifty bucks or more a month consistently, when I was doing it. Surveys mostly, but the places are vetted as to what companies payout and which ones to stay away from.

Well this would be based on your current age, but let’s go with the average age of WoW players and say you’re 30 and live to USA average lifespan of 76.

$8,280 USD

You sit here, trying to berate OP for his spending choices and you can’t even figure out “your” vs “you’re”.

Ok buddy.

That’s roughly 13 months of game time. Year and a half if you apply discounts for subbing in chunks.

A realistic life time sub would roughly be $2000.

I think, and I could be wrong, is that his issue is that you mentioned in your OP that you are a “poor person” and your “only source of income” is “SSI”.

So when you say you are “good with money,” what you really mean is that you are good with “other people’s money” and that it would be better if you use what money you have to help lift yourself out of your situation so you are not dependent on “other people’s money”.

At least that is how I took it to mean.

You can pay in gold and if you’ve got no life/job, it should be trivially easy to earn token buying gold month to month.

Ignore the mean man.

We all need a form of entertainment and wow is still the cheapest form of entertainment.

what i mean when i say im good with money is i pay all my bills first then i pay my games n stuff. hope that helps to sum it up. i appreciate all your advice guys hes not phasing me i just wanna have a good talk with you doods.

but yeah i pay my bills before i pay any other games and such. hope that helps clarify some issues. im on ssi so im pretty poor but what limited funds i do have i actually handle pretty well. i make sure i always pay my bills which is a lot better than most people.

but yeah hope that clarifies some stuff. mean guy isnt even phasin me cadd bro. hes wasting his breath on me. im not sure why hes even bothering.

Do you expect people on SSI to live in an empty box without joy or comfort because they’re on the government dime? Good golly some of you really need some compassion in your lives.
