Life tap is doing considerably more life damage than tool tip, mana gained is as tool tip says
Character has no spell power to cause scaling, increased life loss should also be giving increased mana return but this is not how it is functioning currently in WoW Forever
Should lose 21 HP for 50 Mana, actual losing over 50hp for 50 mana.

Discovered the same thing for me tonight. Life Tap is taking about 30% of my health, at full health I go from 233 to 156 so it is completely unsustainable in combat.
