Life span of each race?

One thing I’ve always thought about was how long each race (other than Humans, of course) can live for. I know that in many fantasy settings elves tend to have much longer life spans in comparison to anything else but how long can the other races live, more specifically the Horde races like Orc, Trolls, Tauren, Goblins?

You could try nosing about on Wowpedia, see if they have that info. If they don’t, we may not really know average lifespans for them. Wowpedia is pretty up to date with Chronicles, the game info and the updated encyclopedia.

WoW is basically just divided into “long lived” and “short lived” with long lived being like “10k years up to potentially forever we don’t really know” and short lived being like “80-250 years”.

According to lorewalker Cho. Most of the goblins ancestors died in a fire so I assume Goblin life expectancy is probably pretty low. Few Goblins die of natural causes.

This is a fair question, In the case of Orcs and tauren it seems pretty long, we see a lot of examples of elderly Orcs of all tribes from Maghar to the green ones we’re used to, a few Tauren elders as well. Goblins? not a clue…

found “life-span” page entries for both WoWwiki and gamepedia, but can’t link them.

longest lived by natural standards seems to be draenei though at 27,000 maximum

second place being Night elves, then blood elves, then other elves then dwarves/gnomes, then humans, orcs, tauren, and goblins. order first longest to last shortest lived

Draenei are old enough to be your race’s genesis.
