Anyone have any idea how to complete this? Every video showing this quest ends up with the person clicking Skip Tutorial. I’m at the part where it says to use turbo. How do you use turbo? It’s grayed out and not usable. Is the quest bugged? I can’t find an explanation. Thanks.
You have to talk to the mechanic (Mobber) to install the turbo first. He’s located on the ground floor of the building where Nanny is.

Thanks. I did install it. It’s on the toolbar. But it’s grayed out and not usable.
Once I installed it, I was able to use it. After using it, you have to drift (hold space bar while turning) to recharge the turbo.
Sorry if you have a bug. Could you try dropping the quest and picking it back up? Also, do you have any outdated addons installed that might be causing conflicts?

Space bar drift? The quest and ability don’t say anything about having to charge the ability. Maybe that explains it, I will try.
Can’t wait to get this done so I can never use this mount again! 
If that doesn’t work, you can go back to Nanny and skip the tutorial I believe.
