I’m content I found soy nog at the store today.
Anyone who knows me knows I do not like sweets at all. I don’t like pumpkin flavored stuff either, but I literally am obsessed w eggnog or the soy version of it.
I’m lactose intolerant but also the soy version imo is the best dairy alternative version, I’ve tried almond and coconut nog and it’s not the same I can’t explain it.

the one i get is from the brand Fruitables and is called pumpkin superblend, it’s 5$ canadian from my local petstore. you get about 2.5 weeks worth of 3/4 spoon if you freeze some of it since there’s too much in the can to go through in a week

If you have to try soy nog too if you haven’t already!!! I swear it’s better than the regular stuff too bcz it’s so light and smooth but still tastes creamy? Idk to me the coconut and almond versions were a little chalky.

Well egg nog is basically a custard, so there’s not too much that needs to be done extra to make it into an ice cream base. The one I’m used to might be more regional (don’t think I’ve seen Turkey Hill too far outside of the east coast.
