I’m afraid of IVs and such. A tattoo feels different. If you’re not watching, it doesn’t even feel like a needle.

IVs don’t bother me but the standard method of hrt for trans guys like me is to inject ourselves and I just can’t. I need a doctor who will recognize that I need topical T and tell my insurance that I have a phobia and that it’s necessary to do topical when they initially refuse.
Docs might get sus if I have a tattoo.
