LFR/M0 and the Great Vault?

Dear Blizzard, I read on Wowhead today that LFR and Mythic 0 don’t count for unlocking the great vault. Why?
If the great vault only rewards gear for the level of difficulty you are playing …
It’s RAIDING, It’s a MYTHIC dungeon, shouldn’t it count? I would say yes.

Blizzard hates casuals. It sucks imo, but it is was it is.

If you want better gear, do higher tier content. I don’t see a problem with that.

It’s not really a mythic dungeon other than the name. Probably why they went with 0 instead of 1.

No key, timer, or affixes and every boss can drop loot.

It’s never counted before, so no… no reason to change that.

They don’t. You just seem to think casual means not doing anything even slightly difficult.

It doesn’t.

I am casual. I will have an item in the chest.

They already drop gear. At least Mythic 0. They drop the same amount of gear as a regular dungeon and significantly more than a key.

because it never counted before…

You get a double the loot in mythic 0, that’s a reward on its own

I would love to do more difficult content if given the chance. But by the time I finish all the anima world quests and daily calling I’m out time before I have to get back to real life.

It’s not raiding, and it’s not a mythic PLUS dungeon.

Mythic 0 is not mythic keystone content. So yeah I see why it doesn’t fit the vault system.

I mean a mythic 0 is just heroic with purple items really lol

You shouldn’t need to do all the anima quests. We are more gated by souls than anima. Other than that though, that stinks but rl takes precedence.

It is raiding, and is as much as my schedule will allow.

In my case my guild basically collapsed on the last expansion, but I don’t really want to leave server so I won’t likely have access to heroics until the alt runs for the off server group start. While you might say the Mythic 0 doesn’t function close enough to M+ to count, I don’t see why raid finder shouldn’t let you earn raid finder gear. It would be nice for alts, and you still just loot those bosses once a week same as any other and the gear level would be appropriate. It seems like a reasonable way to let people in on that system.

Its for progression content, I suppose.
Didn’t realize LFR wasn’t counting.
m0s already give way more gear than M+ so unless you want that to be reduced, not a great idea.

Not sure why this would ever be a thing though.

You think normal raid and a M2 is too difficult?

I’m surprised LFR doesn’t count, but at the same time I know LFR didn’t count toward your cache back in WoD either.

Well if you want the raiding bonus, could hop in a group.

When I can barely get into an M0 with my ilevel.

What’s you’re ilvl? Also you could always look for a Pugging community if you don’t want to join a guild. Look into Perky Pugs.

Keep in mind that pugs are always more skeptical on who they invite so you should aim to be 160+ for M0.
