Hello. I did a partial run of Wing 3 today, which was to kill Raszageth. I then got credit for the kill etc, and it tracked in the achievement. Upon zoning out, and requing into wing 3 again to get the other boss for achieve, as soon as I zoned in the Raszageth kill was wiped from my achieve, and the achieve essentially had nothing in it anymore. Is this intended? This means the only way to do this achieve in LFR is to do the bosses in 1 run, which is annoying because you mostly get q’d into partial runs. =/ I noticed this happening with previous wings as well, which is why I specifically kept an eye on achievement tracker
This same thing happened to me tonight also. Got pulled into raid finder at Razsageth, killed her, looted her. Later on I queued in another group to do Broodkeeper (killed and looted her too). Only have Broodkeeper marked as killed. Strangely it didn’t track my progress on the previous wings with a few bosses either, yet I have been successfully completing the previous wings for weeks now…?

There is a known bug that Quality Assurance is working on currently to resolve this achievement from not awarding properly to some players upon killing all of the bosses in the raid.
If you have killed all of the bosses, But didn’t get the achievement for doing so, I would open a support ticket. I did this earlier today and a Specialist Game Master was able to grant me the achievement upon verifying that I met the requirements for it.

Alright, I submitted a ticket. At least I have a bunch of screenshots to confirm.
I did this exact thing last night. I sent the ticket for the missing achievements and got the standard we are too busy, check the forums, wowhead etc. How did you get an actual response from them?
Same happened to me. This was their response just now.
To be able to get credit for bosses, you need to fully participate in the fight.
I checked your party logs and I can see you didn’t participate in the fight enough for you to be able to get credit.
This is a game requirement that we are not able to bypass.
The best and only thing you can do now is to try and do this raid again. I wish you luck in doing so! (>.<)/
Not sure what else I can do. I did damage the entire fight and didn’t die.
I got the auto response at first too, in which they marked my case closed. So I followed up saying it was still an issue. (You can reopen the ticket). They were able to confirm with my character that I did complete the wings, and they awarded me the achievement.
So if you know you did the kills, I would ask blizz to look into it.

Same thing happened to me today.
First I did joined a group via LFR for wing 3 where they already killed Broodkeeper and we did able to kill Raszageth. Raszageth kill was counted on the achievement.
Did joined again via LFR for wing 3 and we did able to kill Broodkeeper and the group disbanded on Raszageth and when I looked on my achievement Broodkeeper kill was counted but Raszageth kill was missing.
I joined again for wing 3 via LFR for the 3rd time and we did able to kill both Broodkeeper and Raszageth still no achievement. 
Oh well I submitted a ticket, hopefully something comes of it.
