I have little desire to do anything in this game but collect Transmog, its just what I log on for about an hour or so a week to do and move on.
With that said I have no issue having to ‘work’ for the transmog in this case LFR would be ‘work’ just dealing with the whole, well LFR always has been a mess but either way I have no issue doing it and helping out.
But at my current gear level, even though far from the highest out there I can reap no rewards for going into LFR, over geared at my current level so if I go into LFR its just out uh the kindness of my heart to help others?
As said no interest in anything other then my own Personal mog gains and I’m a nice person but not that nice.
SO! the solution!
Leave the loot as it is so the lower levels who “need” upgrades can get the upgrades that need but make it when you que up for LFR over say, item level 390+ you get a chest after completing ALL 3 WINGS that contains a single piece of LFR loot for transmog - Weapons, and armor only NO RINGS NO NECKS NO TRINKETS! Also have a form of protection so you are not getting the same piece week to week.
This will let higher level people que up for LFR with a sense of ‘some’ type of reward, will let the people who "need’ gear not complain and have there chance to roll on what they need and make it so LFR groups do get a few higher level carry’s to make the run over all easier.
I win first? Going through 3, LFR from start to finish which can be anyplace from 45 mins (lol) to an hour/2 hours + for ONE SINGLE piece of transmog is me winning? Ok buddy go back to your mecha hole and roll a real race.
Stupid is rage quitting after 1-2 wipes because you can’t ‘control the group’ while ignorant players figure out the mechanics. Wisdom is knowing the difference.
Know what: Scratch the idea, Let LFR’s struggle, let high ends do there high ends thing and let the came fall apart under its own weight because neither side gets nothing from playing together or helping.
Let LFRS cry everyone is mean, and let the epicly high geared turn there nose up at everyone under them and that’s that. You are right just because someone has higher level gear they should play the game for others and carry them and get no rewards.
Its working super well right now, wow will only get better and be around for another 10, 15, 20+ years. /watches as subs keep tanking. yess…yess…many many more years.
If you people would stay out of there blizzard could tune that content to the correct level but they can’t because you people who claimed for years about being ‘forced’ to do LFR for tier and trinkets still can’t stay out of there because you are now ‘forced’ to do LFR for transmog you can get solo in a few years anyway.
