LFR NPC’s are added when the content turns into LEGACY. Shadowlands is NOT Legacy content yet.

Normally this happens on X.1’s or X.2’s. There hasn’t been an announcement for 10.1 and given how close it is, most likely it will be done later, potentially 10.1.5 or something.

EDIT: To be fair… SL can still slap you around. I mean… BfA Mythics are not fully solo-able yet either. Whoever deals with Legacy content has been AFK at Blizzard for like 6 years.

Shadowlands should be treated as a 2-expansions old release. BfA took over it’s place as the most recent expansion so SL raids should be soloable by now

Wha?

They kind of did a priority shuffle.

New players would be like where are my convenant abilities and conduits after they leave Shadowlands.

In all expansions that had borrowed power, it was neutered when the next expansion came. The Legion artifact has been repeatedly nerfed, so it immediately lost its power. But not only that, continual nerfing of relics (accompanied by making them really rare) means that anyone who has an heirloom weapon should completely ignore the artifact. It’s pretty much impossible to keep your artifact up to level while you are leveling normally.

It’s what they call parasitic development. What came before is destroyed by future development.

Funny thing is they are buggy as hell for max players too.

I recently ran a torghast on my warrior and Condemn would bug out all my other abilities where I could not attack the target except with Condemn or Whirlwind. Super weird. And in the case of Warrior, Condemn is not exactly an ability I can just choose to not use at all, it replaces execute completely when in SL.
