Won Capital Punisher in LFR wasn’t rewarded it got 3 photos and a video showing off I have the highest Roll and shows before the final countdown and after, with a other player named Wolffman who never rolled but showed still waiting for.
Not the first time it’s happened either.
Did you ever actually physically loot the bosses body before leaving?
That said there’s nothing technical support can help with, this is player to player support. You should edit this thread and move this over to the Bug Report forum so Devs can look into any potential bugs.

if it’s not the first time you got screwed out of loot, you probably should’ve waited inside the instance until the rolls were over and the item was sent to your bag
