LFR Raz -> Nerf it, you make no sense

So you remove the mechanic from Dathea that puts people back up, but not on Raz?

Everyone be falling off to their death

Just joined the wing at Raz, they already had 10 stacks.

Great design, you never learn do you?

NERF IT.

LOL to get to last phase it doesn’t even show you where to stand, I got knocked to wrong platform and died lol.

Yeah that sounds very much like a you issue.

You still need to get good for that.

I’ve run normal Raz, and I knew immediately I wouldn’t touch LFR version with a 10 foot pole because people wouldn’t get her mechanics.

That’s a You thing for not doing a basic glance at the last boss in a raid. Even if it is LFR.

Well they completely removed charges. It really isn’t bad. Just people that refuse to kick their add or pay attention to platforms.

To be fair, I have killed it on normal on my main. But I still don’t know where the platform is to get to last phase. Our lead just marks a stack point and I do as told. LFR doesn’t have that, so bye bye I went.

just stack detrimentation to 10 ggez. Dont tell me you wait 15 minutes between pulls

Still kind of a you thing, letting someone else call things out and not learning them yourself.

People just need to learn, but I’m not remotely surprised LFR is struggling with Raz. She’s a fun, FF stylized boss fight that requires active awareness, something I’ve noticed LFR does not have given my last few weeks of trying to run it.

I was surprised they left in all the mechanics except the + and - charges.

Managed to coach an LFD through it with heavy call outs and marker placement.

…and then couldn’t even roll on xmog.

Charges is one of the easiest mechanics tbh. I’m surprised they left in the interrupt/cc add phase of all things for lfr.

I definitely know how frustrating lfr encounters can be for seasoned players. Yes there’s people in lfr who lack the cognitive ability to wrap their heads around the mechanics of a fight. Yes there’s people who go in there just to troll and cause wipes to perpetuate the “bad” of lfr. But I think that the majority of lfr players are people who just aren’t good at the game. We try our best, sometimes we try to read guides, I know videos aren’t very helpful for me.

When a player comes in, knows the fight, has the patience to explain and put up markers, it’s appreciated by the majority. We do our best to follow those instructions and be where we need to be when we need to be there. We use DBM and WeakAuras. We try.

So from me and those like me who crave a good lfr experience and do what we can to make YOURS a good experience, thank you for your efforts to guide us.

Eh, I expect it from LFR if I go into it thinking everyone is gonna be a sweaty, I’m gonna have a bad time. I’ve did my time as hardcore raider. Wiping is nothing new, I’m in the raid to kill bosses and get gear. If it takes 10 stacks to do it, I’m gonna watch at least two episodes of some random show will I do it.

I ain’t got time to be that hard pressed about it.

Well there is a mechanic that stops you from falling off the edge, just make sure people understand how it works and you won’t have this problem.

Well there are three other platforms in the fight. You clearly know the left and right ones, so it should make identifying the final one pretty easy

I mean it sounds like a “you” problem. LFR Jailer kept the incredibly obvious “one shot” mechanic of the mind controls so Raz is most likely keeping getting punted off the edge.

I really don’t get what is so hard about watching a 3 minute rundown of a fight in their 20 minute dps queues.
