Most people can pug normal mode. I have yet to try it this exapc for some reason.
Actually… I don’t we’re 200 people short 70hr weeks. Logistics sucks in the pandemic.

Sometimes I still apply to Normal pugs even I don’t meet the requirements because some would rather take the chance than keep waiting.
And sadly that’s not the game’s fault.

None of it is a game issue, obviously; it’s a community issue. Blizz can’t fix the community unless it steps in like a parent to take our toys away, which helps no one, but the community can fix the community if it is willing to listen. I don’t expect everyone to dedicate hours to teaching everyone who wants to raid everything about an instance, but it would be nice if some people would allow most of the player-base more than two weeks to play relevant content without being gear-walled.

Show me the law where you MUST take a day off. A cdl driver can after 70hrs and must wait 34hrs. That doesnt apply to me though.
Also call in for some purples? A game isn’t that important.

It isn’t, or at least it shouldn’t be, but some groups make it seem that way.
Well I’m sorry but your job is absolutely TERRIBLE.
And I mean maybe not but whatever. One day off will absolutely not hurt you and you can get a normal done 
If not, well… WoW is an MMORPG, so perhaps clearing a huge dungeon on Skyrim will give you that dopamine release

Don’t get me wrong. It sucks. But I’m working and raking in good money during a time were some aren’t as fortunate.
It will calm down sooner or later. All I gotta do is find a guild on a PST. Realm that raids midnight and I’m golden.

Exactly. I can see a lag between giving it to the top end raiders and LFR. But a huge delay for the first wing, and then staggering out further wings in huge gaps doesn’t really benefit anyone.

Unless someone makes one themselves its usually about impossible to get into one unless you either outgear it by alot or show achievement for allready doing it.
