Seems if you killed Denathrius and completed the quest Signs of the Lion, Bolvar gives you another quest that auto pops up An Echo in the Darkness.
Anyone that only raids LFR will be locked out of this story content till February. That seems a bit excessive Blizz

Try to pug a normal. It really isn’t too difficult.
Break it up if it’s a time thing, groups always going from later bosses during the week.
I have faith you guys can pull it off!

its what they do best, screw a HUGE portion of the player base.

I never really got why LFR was timegated so much. The gating itself is fine, but it should just be one wing unlocked per week. Two weeks apart each is kind of much for no reason I can see.

Hard to do when you can’t get into a normal raid group without heroic ilvl gear.

There are many threads explaining the multiple reasons, I’d suggest reading one of them.

It’s kind of been this way. There are perks to engaging in endgame content. I waited for LFR Jaina back in BfA because I wasn’t raiding.
Certain streaming sites have a free sub where things release 2-3 weeks behind the paying sub. It is just the way of things.

Not really, its their choice to just do lfr.

They’re in a raid instance, what else would you call it?

I’ve cleared the raid every week since launch week. I don’t recall getting this. I only got one to return to Revendreth on my first Denathrius kill.
Love how this legitimate discussion about LFR raiders being further timegated out of the storyline than Normal, Heroic or Mythic raiders immediately turned into an elitist, semantic argument about what constitues a raider.
But no, there’s no community issue in WoW. Move along, nothing to see here.

This is why “just pug it” doesn’t work

I despise doing LFR myself and i agree with this.
One wing per week was pretty slow as is.

Watching what looks like a raid with all the difficulty, challenge and organization taken away from it.

It’s literally in the acronym.

It is, however, a misnomer.
Sure you’re looking for a raid, but you don’t find one.

LFR is a raid. People saying it’s not just don’t know the definition of a raid.

Should we all just bow before Malmsteen and give him the pat on the back he so clearly wants? I run a successful business and own my own home, so acknowledging his superiority in fighting with cartoons is something I don’t mind ceding to him.
