Hi this is a simple problem, i joined an lfr group for “Two Heads Are Better” when the last boss was killed 2 people got dc and didnt roll on the items.
I was playing an alt hunter, 2 guns drop, there where only 2 hunters on the entire raid, i won both rolls (i know 1 goes for each) and the Neck from Mug’zee wich i rolled a 97.
I waited until the timer went to 0 and the 2 dc players didnt roll. But the loot was no delivered, not only to me but for the other people that rolled on others items that dropped.
I know there is a wait timer of 2 horus so i waited but after 3 hours and severals reloads no item was received on the mail.
When i ask for the items to the support service they told me to write it over here but they in no way shape or form im getting an answer on when they gonna give me the loot.
The value of the items is no important, its LFR loot, but i still want it since there should be no excuse this late in the expansion to 25 people loosing loot on raid and the answer beeing o weel bad luck just report it and keep moving.
This is a monthly pay fee game with an expansion pay sistem, so i want what is mine that i won and i deserved being a customer that pays.
This is no way of treating the few people that is still playing the game in the current state .

“I feel that we’re going around in a circle and there’s some confusion. The items “Tiny Pal” & Gobfather’s Gifted Bling didn’t drop for anyone in your raid, you or any hunter that rolled on them. This is a bug that needs to reported and fixed.”
So this is the response from a gm that confirms that its a bug and 25 players miss loot from a raid boss kill BUT AFTER BEING TOLD BY GM “Uguligumya” THAT I LOST ON THE ROLLS AND THERE WAS NO BUG, BUT AFTER INSISTING THAT HOW I DIDNT EVEN GET 1 OF THE 2 ONLY HUNTERS WEAPONS THAT DROPPED FROM THE BOSS, WITH ONLY 2 HUNTERS ON THE RAID (ME AND A PUB). THIS WAS THE ANSWER.
SO IT IS A MASSIVE IMPORTANT BUG, THE GMS TRY TO LIE AND GASLIGHT ME LIKE IT DIDNT HAPPEN AND THEN SAYING YES ITS A BUG BUT BAD LUCK WE CANT DO ANYTHING OTHER THAT REPORT IT IN THE BUG SECTION OF THE FORUM AND MAYBE A CHANGE WILL BE MADE.
THIS GAME IS A SCAM, GMS ARE PROFESIONAL LIERS AND GASLIGHTERS AND THIS COMPANY JUST GONNA KEEP SCAMMING THE PLAYERBASE LIKE ITS NOTHING
