That’s right, you know if they didn’t wish for LFR to be Looting Fun Raid then they could have turned off toys, like the selfie camera.
I am unable to post links but I think you can use your imagination of me taking a series of selfies while standing in the fuzzy color stuff on the floor that helps with the lighting in there.
I wanna know what poor Nefarian did to people, you don’t even fight him at all.
Yes, I tried it again 4 more times, I tried explaining the mechanics, it is quite obvious that only one or two people were willing to listen, it is annoying when people don’t want to listen to how mechanics work, and it is a waste of my time if I have to wipe 5 times when, if they took 30 mins, it would save an hours worth of problems in the first place.
You might be playing the wrong game then if you actually think people will listen to anyone on here. The game is 90 percent high schoolers. They dont listen to anyone. You might wanna just go with people you personally know or just not bother. I mean really the reward just shows once again how lazy blizzard is. Retextures on a wolf and ram mount
Big whoop.
For the mount?
I just watched one player die the second I ported in. Three more were dead within 15 seconds. half a dozen more were close to dying pretty quick.
Guess thats what happens when you dont get out of the green goo on the floor, lol.
Guess that line about not being able to die in LFR was a huge joke.
Uh, no. I can survive Heigan because the safety dance is burned into my brain, but I also remember that learning the safety dance was a long and painful process, and that was with Ventrilo.
Who cares if it’s a decade old? I know how to program a VCR, why should I expect anyone else to know how to do old content?

To be fair not everyone played 10 years ago.

The 8 sec CD made decursing “fun”. By the time you get a couple off BOOM everyone is cursed again… somehow I was the only mage in that run…
I too like to give people crap that don’t know or remember decade old content.
Edit: Op expects people to know this… Hey Op, I didn’t play before Cata. What a shock, I know.
I raided back then and literally forgot about the safety dance until I was on the stage keeping the floor company, you cannot expect people to have perfect memories and strats down for thing that happened years and years ago, although I do agree 5 times is a bit much.

Pretty much what happened to my run. Insta wipe on Defile on first attempt. A guy said to spread out on cast and then to get out it and we facerolled from there. These aren’t hard and only LK is the only real “mechanic” one. Even that is just do one thing and faceroll. These were all faceroll and I have no idea why Op and others in game have decided to have such an approach.
Short of Blizzard implementing a built-in Deadly Boss Mods or Bigwigs you really can’t expect a group of 20+ people to know how to do an encounter they’ve probably never done before.
They’re probably just so used to the content being so non-threatening that they can just face-tank through any AoE.
I can’t say anything, I died on Heigan constantly back in the day.

Pro tip: it helps if you mark yourself with an icon and tell everyone to just follow the icon in /rw
that strat helped our group get everyone on the same page

‘I’m the expert in this boss. If you see me running - try to keep up!’
Men Without Hats are disappointed. If you would of been listening to the Safety Dance during the encounter then there wouldn’t of been a wipe. I thought everyone knew this?

Then you lag out for just a second, die, and you are the only death.
Every time I see someone say to follow them, do as they do, etc, they end up dead on the next pull lol.

That was forces beyond my control, mon.
We might now live in a broadband age, but we are still a long, long way from zero-lag-zero-disconnect utopia.
