1 item level reward 2 let ppl do what difficulty they want , get the ability 2 play with they friend ALL do what they want , balanse bc all get same gear from all content

OP, if you want good gear, then you got to push yourself to earn it. Not be handed it free in LFR Dungeons where majority of people can AFK.
My fellow Azerothians I come to you on this magnificent day with a simple proposal; one that I believe will allow everybody to play together in the content they prefer, on an equal footing and in peace and harmony: Blizzard should normalize the item level discrepancies between varying content and difficulties.
