The one change that would really really help is setting it so that only tue tanks can start the fight. They have to be tue first through the portals or no one goes through tjem

not doing any mechanics
in the wrong spec altogether (ive been in grps where we have healers in DPS spec that ignore people asking them to change and DPS in tank specs , tanks in DPS spec)
not reading chat so they can learn anything or ignoring it altogether
grief wiping the raid over and over
… the list goes on , LFR is a dumpster fire of things that need fixing , regardless of game bugs.
first change that needs to be made is to force people into the spec they have queued for.
I honestly really don’t care how easy they make LFR but they do, to a point, have to decide if LFR is a stepping stone or a mode for the woefully inept who shouldn’t consider advancing beyond.
That aside, Blizzard and WoW as a whole does a miserable job at teaching people to play their classes.

Ain’t much of a “gateway” if there ain’t no raid. might as well replace the boss with a target dummy xd.
LFR needs to be designed under the assumption players don’t read the journal or spend a few minutes to look over a fight video, while also ignoring what people in raid chat are telling them.

Expect when you make it too simple, it’s not a gate way to anything. They will be overwhelmed by the changes going into Normal. This is so people who LFR is their cap stone, can complete the raid.
