I’ve got great news for you, even with the addition of random dungeon finder, you can still do that.
There would be nothing stopping you from picking and choosing your groups. As I’ve stated before, random dungeon finder is simply a tool, you do not have to use it
But its a tool that as this point seems redundant? Ive had zero issues finding groups using GF and LFG. I just dont see how it would be an improvement.
What would be the overall benefits in comparison?

It would allow people doing pre-wotlk/leveling dungeons to be able to get groups together easier.
Being able to actually run low level instances and level an alt?
Honestly, I don’t even care about the teleport to dungeon, they can leave that out. I can walk/fly/get summoned. But having the ability to find people in an automatic queue/dungeon finder would make things MUCH easier for people.

I boosted my undead warrior on a server with 35 horde players on it (yes, thirty-five). I literally cannot do dungeons at all without forking over 25 dollars. RDF does it for free.
Outside of severs with terrible balance, the longer that the expansion goes on, the less and less people will be doing normal or even heroic dungeons. That’s gonna make it hard to do for people who are behind the curve.
But that sounds like your server is stoping you more than anything, im not sure what you mean by forking over 25 dollars either to be honest. Was RDF cross server? Like it was linked between all us servers? Becauae if your server pop is tiny i dont see how rdf will change the lack of groups unless it does this.
Spoken like a true classic andy who never used RDF. You can queue for specific dungeons.

Nope. We got Classic because there was a potential for profits for acti Blizz. Nothing to do with cry babies from the forums.
I’m struggling to level in northrend tbh. Wrath was fun the first time, but it doesn’t seem to have the same replay value as vanilla and tbc.
Might just resub to FF14 with the new patch dropping and then wait for DF.
People were asking for classic for literally a decade. P servers were and still are extremely popular.
You’re right it was for profit but it’s also extremely popular and there’s obviously high demand for it on the forums.

The “for a decade” kind of prove that this is not what drove Blizz to do it. They did it when they saw the largest potential for profit. Nothing to do with people have tantrums on forums.

At this point, i dont see any point in adding it. Doesn’t effect OCE so meh we have like 1 server, i feel bad if you’re playing on a dead server.
