You know why this won’t work? Because their are people that are on low/medium pop realms and will never get a grp or take hours and hours. Look at classic, aside from 4 or so way overpopulated servers, the ones on low will never group or find a group. Best thing that ever happened to wow was the premade lfg, not garbage lfr but lfg cross server.
Classic is fine if people have the time to put into it, but i remember back in the day when i started in bc, i didn’t have all these responsibilities i do now. SO classic works well for unemployed, no family to take care of etc. but for people like myself it would take me 2+ months to hit 60. The raids and dungeons in classic are lfr and normal level in retail, classic is a joke aside from leveling. 1 button rotation spam, barely any mechanics on trash or bosses, a 10 yr old could clear everything in classic. Good Luck though. To each their own
I’ve said it a million times, but it’s like going back to an older game (in fact, it is going back to an older game, despite how much people evangelize it). Like playing Breath of the Wild, then going back to Ocarina of Time, to use Zelda as an example.
There’s some things Ocarina did better - from unique items to dungeons, but as an overall package BotW is just a lot easier to take in. Despite that, I still find myself going back to Ocarina, because it has some elements I like that I feel Breath of the Wild is missing.
Similar case with Classic. Overall, Retail is a more complete package IMO, and I enjoy it more, but there’s a few things missing from it that I like to go back to every now and then. I love that you can do that, now.
This entire game from the moment it was first launched 15 years ago, was a pre-planned tour bus journey. Sit back and enjoy the ride. There’s more to come once blizzcon happens in november. All those playing classic, will immediately take notice of retail when they announce the next new expansion pack and most will go right back to playing retail so they don’t miss out on the next part of that journey.
People have . They have given you lists of why they do not like it. But you are not satisfied.
You say you want complete sentences but what you really want is to find ways to justify your stance by asking people to answer in a way that is not needed .
Listing of things people do not like is enough of a reason for people not to like something . There is no need for full essays on why they don’t.
If it makes you happy here goes.
I don’t like BfA because even though it has more content per say I find most of the content boring and lacking in quality . I am a firm believer that more does not mean a better product it just means more.
I hate what has become of my spec over the last 2 expacs (Legion and BfA). I had more fun in WoD then BfA because even though their was some class pruning my class/spec was still fun to play and there are others who feel the same.
I’m tired of the bad story writing this expansion that is forcing the horde towards another possible SoO with Sylvanas being Garrosh 2.0
I’m tired of them extending pathfinder out further and further in hopes people will give up on doing it so they can get rid of flying (which I don’t ming not having in classic). I’m tired of having another expansion of having to farm some type of cr@p item to make my gear relevant by giving me passive abilities that should of been base line to begin with .
Cuz none of my friends log in retail other than raid nights. I can’t even bring myself to farm 65. I’ll get it next week probably but holy hell I’m sick of grinding AP
I agree whole heartedly. From what ive seem its shifted into a game of ME ME ME. Not us. Ill never forget the first time my guild downed rag. Vent was SO loud. For that moment there was no war, world hunger anything. It was just pure joy.
I guess when I get told for years how amazing the Classic community is, and how nice they are to everyone…I expected more.
Because not only do you have the trolls posting the threads, but you have the Classic community jumping to their defense anyone anyone says “Hey, try go asking the Classic players”, regardless of how nice they ask it.
