First, this statement doesn’t even highlight a contradiction. I can think no-cause vote kicks don’t happen and also think it wouldn’t be a problem if they were.
Second, and more importantly, where have people even said this? The side you are disagreeing with (and seemingly blocking at the first opportunity you get) has consistently held that Blizzard’s own stated policy is that the reason for a vote kick doesn’t matter. If a majority of players wants you gone, they have the power to do so, and Blizzard does not consider it abuse of the system. You are welcome to not like that, but that is simply the reality in which we exist. You don’t get to act like you’re some higher authority on this subject because you feel Blizzard got it wrong.

Blizzard very clearly states that anyome can be removed for any reason, that is the end of debate.
Stop linking the social contract and bolding the section on disabilities, that is not relevant in the slightest.

irony is theyre in content that doesnt take ANY skill to play where the kicks are taking place 
I can see if it were M+ or something actually harder to play and required some motor skills lol.
The kicks are on leveling dungeons and some current runs that only take THREE players to get thru on a bad day LOLOL
that just makes it all the more pathetic.
if they were tossing fits about M+ players where theyre on a time, kicking them for a VALID reason, sure.
But this is leveling dungeons and easy current dungeons lol.
If they cant 3 man those, they might need to work on getting better before judging someone elses ability…and especially kicking without any justifiable cause at all.
The Social Contract we ALL agree to says to treat our fellow gamers better than that.

If theyre arguing that some DPS player is pulling for the tank…sure, disruptive behavior, causing wipes, etc…vote kick.
The OPs case at least has some semblance of a valid argument for their kicking…but reading THIS forum we can see thats not what some of these here are kicking for.
They abuse their teammates by kicking for NO reason whatsoever, then try to move the guilt for THEIR abuse of other players onto blizzard who allows it because they arent going to open up the ticket system to thousands of vote kick abuse tickets lol.

We’ve carried two players more than once in leveling runs.
They are brain dead easy. You can sleep thru them lol. If deaths are happening someone seriously needs to take a crash course in easy content management, lol
I see a lot more kicks in joke leveling dungeons up thru level 59 than I do in DF runs, for certain.

Granted personally Ive only been kicked a few times in nearly 7 years, but ive seen so many abusive, needless kicks that the second it passes I start ignoring anyone I think voted for it.
I usually block the whole four man group to make sure I get all the guilty ones where a kick happens for no valid reason.
Wonder if thats why my queues are so long sometimes lol
They think because blizzard aint got the time to deal with the petulance so allows it, that they are exonerated when they treat other players like they do.

And the reason they are so venomous when its pointed out is they know the guilt is on them, not blizzard…because NO ONE at blizzard TOLD them to kick anyone…they leave it a CHOICE that PLAYERS all make.

ive wondered that for years now.
I mean if they cant fix it for some reason, fine, but a race or class or three have abilities to get out of combat so we know its a thing
They could EASILY make a toy that lets us drop PVE (not pvp) combat maybe once per hour or even a 6 hour CD or something…anything to remedy the problem.
I was running around I swear for half hour (felt like it anyway lol)one time trapped ‘in combat’ …turned out I missed looting something…the second I looted it dropped combat. But who has the time to back track to go find something you missed looting? lol
oh…there it is…that time played thing again, lol
I make sure to take Engineering and get the loot-a-rang on EVERY alt I make now specifically because it finds stuff you having looted yet.
Id say about 95% of all the times Ive been trapped in combat its ended up being a case where I missed looting something.
I mean, for god sake…they cant just release us from PvE combat after no damage has happened in say 90 seconds or so? lol
I think youre right. I think it IS about keeping us playing more and thats why its never been fixed or remedied.

All of your points there kind of also say the person shouldn’t have died though, so it is a little tricky when you get to that point. I think a bigger thing is that people need to care less about being super fast on leveling dungeons.

When it comes down to it, yeah…I AM ok with kicking someone who is 18 rooms back…easy to figure out the troll above trying to pretend THAT point was some kind of hypocrisy lmao…given we’re working as a TEAM and someone who isnt in the same room helping the TEAM is clearly a possible hindrance to completion.

And in that spirit, stop kicking players for no reason, as a long list of them in this thread have stated they are allowed to do, which is a clear admission to the behavior.
If theyre in that big a rush, clearly they CAN 3 man the thing, so stop worrying what race or mogs some player is playing and just get the run overwith.
That they take the time to nitpick some pointless detail to kick someone over tells me they AINT in any rush, but are just there to troll innocent players trying to learn the game.
