We’ve got a mix of people from NA and EU in the guild, so our raid times are Wednesday/Thursday 12pm-3pm CST. It seems to work best as a middle ground to compensate for the timezone differences. If those times work for you, we’d be glad to have you.

Hey there! Throwing our info in for you - we’re looking for a few different classes so may be one you play!
While Raiding is a strong focus of the group - we also enjoy a variety of other aspects of Warcraft.
Several of us thoroughly enjoy the housing, some enjoy mythic plus significantly and others prefer pvp.
Current Progression: 1/9 Mythic 8/9 Heroic (Dreamrift cleared and 6/6 Voidspire) 1/2 March.
Our current raid goals are fast and efficient AOTC clears and as far into mythic as we can get without causing immense burn out or stress.
We are building our raid roster for mythic and we aren’t going to throw ourselves at an encounter we’re simply not ready for. That said we are looking to eventually get to CE content again, preferably sooner than later. So we are looking for players who want to push themselves and work as a team for clearing the hardest content available.
Many of our raiders have cleared CE content multiple times at high ranking levels. You do not need this experience to raid with us though. If you have never raided before even that is fine - we will help you. In addition to our core roster we are going to be building a second team as well.
We expect people to show up on time. Reliably. You should maintain 90% attendance on average. ideally not missing even one night a month. We raid very short hours and to optimize that we need consistency in our roster.
You’re expected to know your class well enough to perform above average. If you are consistently parsing gray - you’re not going to be brought to harder content until your performance improves.
You’re expected to be willing and wanting help with performing better - if you’re falling behind. There’s no shame in asking - you’re welcome to learn here but understand that improvement must also happen from what you learn.
We use RCLootcouncil to help us distribute loot. We always look to put gear on the person who will best utilize it for further progression.
You are required to run the RClootcouncil addon to raid here.

As stated we enjoy housing and other aspects of the game. Housing specifically is something we are looking to recruit others to make the neighborhood more lively.
Many of us do M+ or hang in discord while doing individual stuff together or a variety of games.
First off we are inclusive of all except those that like to think make life harder on others. Everyone is open minded - LGBTQ friendly - Neurodivergent friendly - not degenerates. If you’re going to judge somebody for who they love, how they look, or having a different way of processing the world around them - we aren’t the place for you. Period.
That said we are also not easily offended and not gonna slap rules on everyone. We can definitely have a bit of an adult oriented atmosphere in after hours - humor tends to lean towards south park vibes more than not. Some of us are quite weird and embrace the weirdness proudly lol.
