About MeI’ve been playing WoW for nearly 20 years with a focus on Cutting Edge progression. Some tiers I’ve pushed harder than others, but I’ve always stayed involved at a high level. Hello! Wipes to Rats is a raiding guild on Area 52. We’re a rebuilding guild that has played together since the beginning of Shadowlands. We have achieved multiple AOTCs and are looking for more, and to push as far as we can each tier.
About Us
We’re a highly active and social raiding guild on Area 52. We pride ourselves on building our community around like minded people who are here to have fun, and push content at a steady pace. Our first focus every tier is to get AOTC as a guild, for our members to get KSM and KSH. Later in the season we typically like to dabble in mythic, but as of now CE is not our goal.
Outside of endgame content we have mog/mount runs, some PVP groups, and are highly active in discord as we play other games together, and post memes and hang out in discord.

Heya Vathalar, would love a chance to seeing if your mage would like to come into our raid. We generally get AOTC a bit too fast (6 weeks) historically in the season so we extend our season a bit before breaking by doing easier mythic bosses.

Malfunctional is an AOTC/Easier-mythics focused team which emphasizes community and enjoyment while getting bosses down. We raid 2 nights a week, the expectation is that you’re able to have fun but when it’s time to focus up you can play your class at a solid level. We generally get AOTC well before the end of a tier, so once we farm the heck out of it and easier mythic bosses, we also take a bit of a break before the next tier to come back refreshed!
We’re primarily looking for just a couple DPS as we return from a nice summer break after S2.

Hey Vathalar, I’ll shoot my shot because you didn’t mention a time zone and as a PST-based guild often our times suit folks that got family and kids or work second shifts in other time zones. So, here is spiel diel! 
If you are interested in a “later in the evening” active and social, you may enjoy a guild like ours — smaller, close knit, but fun! I run this guild with my husband as my Co-GM. However, we are a Pacific Time based guild and it seems there is a shortage of guilds on that coast, but it does suit some MST/CST/EST players that work second shift, have a spouse/kids to tend to, or simply are night owls. Currently we have roughly ~100 active members that make up roughly about ~330 characters (some are admitted altoholics!).
If raiding is what you’re looking for, we have two teams — a Mythic team and a Heroic team. The Mythic raiding team, Olympians (4/8M), runs on TUE/THUR from 8 PM to 11 PM Pacific, which is pretty serious about raiding and inching closer to CE. Obviously that has pretty strict requirements to join, but we also are very cognizant of adult responsibilities and can pull from our Heroic team if real life smacks you in the face, as it often does. Our Heroic raiding team, Prophets (8/8H), runs on WED/FRI from 8 PM to 11 PM Pacific, and they’re much more easy going and laid back in their atmosphere (Flex raids allow for that much better!). Right now we’re looking to start to build a healthy bench for these raid teams as well, which helps those with limited time to access that content on the occasion they are needed to fill spots.
Aside from raiding, we constantly run delves and dungeons and there are several M+ runners and M+ static teams, as well as PvP teams, in our guild to go through that journey. We intend to be ACTIVE throughout the entirety of the seasons of content. We are also a social guild and encourage everyone to participate in Discord (our guild chat isn’t as active admittedly, as is with most guilds) which is our main hub for all our events! We host things like Cards Against Humanity, Truth or Dare, Pictionary, or TV/Movie watch parties too! There is always a few folks sitting in Discord to chat with too (mostly afternoons and evenings of course cuz we’re adults and work!), but not so many that it overwhelms.

For the sake of transparency (novel idea!), we’re not a full group yet, hence the guild name “still loading”. But, we’re a very experienced group of players, multiple 3k alts last season, looking to fill a roster to form a raid group. We’ve never failed to achieve at the very least AOTC often much more! Due to a change in schedule we will not be able to raid with the group we had planned on, so we decided to rebuild our original guild. We currently have tanks covered, need some DPS and healers to join. Raid will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8pm to 11pm MST.
