The name of this addon escapes me.
IK it brings up a window of your character and the Quest NPC “talking”, and that’s how it “reads you” the quest. IDK the name of this addon, though and was wondering if anybody knows what addon I’m talking about.
It’s NOT “DialogueUI” (https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/dialogueui
) but it can be similar to it, but the window is more centered and shows your character & the Quest NPC, in the window “talking”.
I tried browsing “CurseForge” under “Dialogue” and/or “Roleplay” but can’t find it
If I can get the name, that’ll help. Only description I can give on what it does is a pop up window appears, and it has both your character & the quest NPC in it “talking”.
Thanks!

It’s probably the “Storyline” addon that you are talking about https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/storyline.
In my case i prefer Immersion https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/immersion
.

YES! That one! Thank you!
That’s OK, different strokes for different folks.
I used “DialogueUI” to match my UI but I changed it a bit and want to use “Storyline”.
Thanks so much!

I love Immersion too. I have been using it for so long I tend to forget what the normal quest dialogue even looks like. Heh, until I go to play one of the betas and I am like “oh right, now I remember why I don’t use this.”

Same here, the rare times that i have to disable this addon is when it bugs.
Immersion offer, well… immersion. It really feels that the NPC is talking to you instead of a quest text.
Same for Storyline you can say but i find it less immersive because it takes the entire screen.
They are around for so many years and i’m still wondering why the devs don’t give us the choice between quest texts and these two add-on without relying on the laters.
