I saw a Panda rogue in Harbor wearing a coat like Flynn and the pirates wear. They logged off before I could inspect them and get the name of the item. Can someone point in the right direction to hunt this down.
Pretty sure those aren’t available to players. There are leather chest pieces with high collars (one drops off the last boss in Waycrest Manor), but nothing that extends below the waist.
It may have been a toy or something that changes your appearance.
My guess is it’s something like this?
I wonder if it was a mage illusion spell.
