I’ve used Healbot, and Vuhdo for as long as I healed. Lately though I have been finding that they don’t provide enough information for me. The Base UI has plenty, and unless I want to make a dozen extra WA I would like to swap over to using the house frames.
The problem is, I like having use of mouse mouse buttons for Heals, Left - Right - Middle, then Shft, Alt, and Ctrl modifiers. I know Mouse over macros work, but I don’t want to use keyboard buttons - just mouse buttons.
Is there a way, or an addon that allows this feature? I can go into my mouse profile and change the button clicks to be “1” “2” and “3” for example, but then it would remove the functionality of targeting and moving in game.
Thoughts?

Unlike Healbot and VuhDo it works with any frames.
They recently added click casting functionality to the base UI. In the keybindings menu, there’s a button for Click Casting in the lower left portion on the interface panel. So, if you don’t want to mess with addons, you can play with that a bit.
Clique has a bit more flexibility than the default UI, especially when it comes to determining which frames the clicking works on, so it’s still a great option if you find the new default options aren’t quite hitting all your needs.

Another option is a multi-button mouse. This works particularly well with Vuh’do. I use a G502 Hero and literally have buttons to spare.
It isn’t about running out of mouse buttons for me, it is because VuhDo and Healbot doesn’t provide enough information at a glance. Especially pertaining to Fixation and DoTs that my class cannot dispell. Making it so I don’t know who to bubble and/or tunnel heals into. As well as which DoTs are deadly. It just tells me there is a DoT.
I know I can make bouquet’s with each individual spell in the game, but honestly. That is extremely frustrating to do and even then doesn’t work all the time. Since the Base UI has improved a lot over the years and a new UI overhaul in Dragonflight. I figured now would be an appropriate time to figure a way to use base UI and get rid of a lot of addon clutter my hunk o’ junk PC can barely handle as is.
I didn’t know about this one. Thank you for sharing it!
