Hello All.
I am in search of a weekend raiding guild that raids Friday-Sunday 6pm -10pm (9pm sun) server.
For personal reasons i am using an alternative character for my search.
A little about myself, veteran player with actual Hardcore Raiding experience.
Current expansion exp: AoTC Naxx (who doesn’t?), AoTC Uld 10m [week 4; we were 11/12 (alagon not accounted for) week 1, we just ran into a lot of attendance issues] which i lead myself with little to no prior ulduar experience; this knowledge was shared by fellow wow community peers and not solely sought out all by myself. Current HM downed Thorim, hoping we can do Freya this week.
Spearheaded one of the fairest RCLC systems - the issue was everyone had their own gear source and would not agree on a set gear prior sheet. Which lead to alot of people b^%-ing even when the loot was very fair, correct and consistent for attaining our goals.
What i have:
Level 80 DK - UH w/ OS BDK - 4.7k GS - strong class knowledge
Level 80 warlock - Aff w/ OS Demo (unplayed but specced) - 4.3k GS but rarely played - moderate class knowledge
What i am looking for:
10m HM group
25m HM group / 25m clear group with aspirations of HM
I would like to be in a guild that runs both and be included on both.
A guild that is willing to grow not only as a group but as individuals, be able to handle constructive (KEY WORD) criticism, teach and be teached, put egos aside, and have a brain maturity level of above 5.
Why am i leaving where i am?
The guild i am currently is has alot of immature drama that is primarily caused and spread by certain individual(s). They have undermined others attempts, such as myself, to improve, grow and nurture a community that is/was very close to them. Instead of helping people in our guild we simply yell at them. It’s gotten to the point where my mental health is now actually becoming a concern.
What is my current role in my guild?
Officer - Loot Master - Raid Leader (10 T2)
What i lack?
Some game knowledge in wrath as i was a teen during when it was current. Never full cleared ICC.
I am willing to server/ faction transfer (currently alliance) and go through the normal trial period. I have no faction preference.
I may have other associates coming over with me (when asked): warlock, mage, druid (h), druid (HTD) all exceptional players with at least AoTC and 1 HM for Uld 10m.
