I’ve done the current raid on normal multiple times and decided I want to dip my toes in the waters of heroic raiding. I pug everything because I can’t be on a raiding schedule because of my job. I’m having very bad luck finding groups to accept me because I don’t have AOTC, but I can’t get AOTC because groups won’t accept me to do heroic. Any advice or groups willing to help me get into the realm of heroic raiding?

I would be looking for a guild that does a social H raid.
If you had higher ilvl I would say just pay someone 200k gold to AFK the raid so you could get pug invites next week, but at 605 ilvl, even with AoTC, invites are going to be hard to get.
If you want to be a pug player and tackle mid-tier content you really need to take advantage of gearing options (T8 Delves, and +4 mythic plus keys at minimum) because there’s going to be 500 people applying for runs who will get invites over someone who doesn’t.
I got gear from delving and normal raid up to around 610 before I’d get invited to the first few bosses of Heroic Palace. Once I got to 615 it was pretty easy to get into Palace. The last couple bosses proved to be challenging at that level, but it was doable. Now people are burning through Palace, so your experience may be different.

Looks like he paid for a Queen kill on Heroic. Not sure that was the best move, unless you really just wanted the achievement (which is hardly earning it). It felt way better to kill Queen with a group of green parsing 610-615s.
If someone is building a group, they’ll judge you before they invite you. If they have raidIO, they’ll also see how many times you’ve completed each boss on N, H, M. Not sure it will be good when they see a low ilvl, low m+, 1/8H (AOTC). There are far too many better candidates. You were probably better off trying to work on your gear score in delves, or low M+, then clear 4/8H. Eventually you could get to the point of 615-619, have some experience, and begin pushing Court/Queen.
I wouldn’t have paid for a Queen kill, personally. It’s super easy now, anyway. Just my two cents.
I actually got AOTC with a buddies help with the idea it would get me accepted into more groups. The Queen kill was authentic and I was able to get into a group for the first time last night for my first 4 bosses on HC 
Looks like you didn’t do anything on your queen kill. Warcraft logs has you at 1% parse. You died 4 seconds into the encounter.
Good job on doing the other four. You’re still gray parsed so you have some work to do in learning your class, the encounter and improving your gear. I started off not so great myself and got booted from groups until I got better.
Los Mercenarios looks like a guild that takes people through raid for payment. Hundreds of Heroic Queen kills. Looks like you and a few others were taken through and just told to die immediately.
