What’s up guys Bluntman here and I represent the bunch of Misfits, Chronically Confused -Area 52 We are Currently in need of a group of gamers/buddies or a small guild to merge with. I’ll give you some details below. Currently we are 3/8M (Tues/Wed 9pm-12am EST) we just formed this Xpac we went 4/8M Last patch and Constantly (Until very recently) Have always stayed around top 200 Guilds on server, we are CE focused, but are constantly fighting IRL and Roster Boss issues.
Now <CC’D> Is ran by a council of 5 and each member has the same authority as the other, luckily we have all played WoW together long enough that all of our leadership styles mesh and we have a cohesive command structure. This would be my 3rd time leading a CE guild and one of our biggest issues is we do not have a second raid team, I will explain why this is our main issue in a moment.
Now we get to why this post exists. I personally already Run the Mythic Team, help run the guild, fund it gold wise, run our Community Discord (We’re a multi Game community), have a full time job, a GF and play in a local band, who cares, I know, the point is I’m a busy ahole and do not have the time to lead a second team or coordinate one’s existence.
Having an AOTC Team or even a second Mythic team allows both teams to swap members because of scheduling issues and allows responsible adults to cover for each other in case of missing raid. Yes, I KNOW it sounds like a job, however one of our guild rules is to not waste each other’s time. Specifically, we are all adults with work/family/lives/wives/husbands/WHATEVER and the LITTLE amount of time we have to play and actually dedicate to raiding/keying etc, should NOT be wasted on trying to fill our team with some dumb thumbless pug. It should be wiping on Prog content or killing bosses, getting phat lewts and talking mad sh*t to each other in the spirit of fun.
What we can offer you:

First of all the guild has a crafter that is active daily and can literally craft you ANYTHING you want, dudes a legend.
Raid lead is technically an officer position, bigger repair caps, and leadership will take you seriously and help with what you ask for. Byt he way, you’re raid leader, so you set the days/times, though I will say the vast majority of my raiders are looking for a weekend timed raid.
You will have 3-7 (all 95%+ parsers) Mythic Raiders want to run on your team already as they have alts they want geared, this is my conservative number, I like to under promise, over deliver, hopefully there will be more, these are just the ones I can confirm.
Massive active Discord. Now peak times or during events the Discord CAN get a bit rowdy, however there is a specific Guildy only section so you can separate yourself from the rest of our Discords “Masses” so to speak.
We play other games and have a VERY gifting community. I cannot tell you how many games we buy for each other, stick around for a bit and you’ll find out we treat our community members like family (and not the forced sh*tty kind)

Last but not Least, if you happen to be a small group/guild looking for a Mythic Team AND you agree to being raid leader, I will make you fit into the current raid team as we already have 3 open spots and 1-2 people have a tendency to call out multiple times a month. We Have 1 Tank Spot(We have a DK) I can Provide, 1 Healer Spot I can Provide (We already have Priest Shammy Monk) and 3 DPS Spots, In Fairness since I doubt the perfect group exists, I will just let you know what we do have on average to see if you want to roll amongst that many people.

Ideally we’d LOVE a Devoker, DKDPS, and a SPreist/Boomy/Rangeddps or two. Again, there is technically a Healer spot and a highly potential tank spot as well.
