considering raids require 40 people and most guilds try to get at least 50 core raiders your probably not going to find a guild thats all female.

Unless such a guild has some kind of verification process, I can guarantee you there is no guild out there with all females. Female toons maybe, but not actual female players. This is the internet…

I sympathize with you. However, there are no females in Azeroth now. Only Body Type 2 since you cannot choose to play a female in WoW Classic.
