War Theory is a semi-hardcore, 3/12M raiding guild on Bleeding Hollow - US. We strive to complete every boss of the current content before the start of the next raid tier, on a two night, six hour a week, raid schedule. Raid Times:
We operate on a two day raiding schedule, with an additional optional re-clear night.

Sloppy Seconds is recruiting raiders for our main roster for end of BFA and into SL. We are the second raid team in Inside Voices, located on Stormrage (Alliance). We formed about ~3 months ago and are currently 8/12 M and will be pushing CE for all tiers moving forward.

We are not raiding Ny’alotha as a guild. Some members are taking breaks, some are just starting back up, and others have are still getting CE. We will raid officially as a guild in SL.
< Dethrone > Is a 2 day early evening raiding guild on Thrall . The officer core has achieved Cutting Edge multiple times, Raiding around the US 5 - 100 range.
Culture: The #1 goal of this guild is to achieve Cutting Edge. This can not be achieved by the Leadership alone, but the entire guild/raid team. All members of the raid team will be held to the same standard to promote accountability and fairness . Fostering this type of environment encourages everyone to put in the appropriate effort to achieve CE. CE does not happen by mistake.
Raid Schedule: (Tentative): Tues & Thursday 6:00 – 9:00 EST. Possible 3rd day at very beginning of a tier/mythic. Will be voted on as a raid team.

I understand that you’re looking for a community that is looking do mythic 2 days a week and run keys and have fun the rest of the week. We meet some of your criteria, but we are looking to have a core raid team of 3 days a week as indicated below. We are a Horde-Tichondrius guild so it is likely that a server transfer would be required unless you have an alt that is already on Tich that you plan on maining in SL.

Our group does Mythic+ just about daily when we aren’t raiding. We have a few individuals who are pushing to +20’s in the very near future. At the time that SL drops we will be sure to have teams for M+ so we can get everyone as geared as possible for more difficult content.
What are our goals?
We are looking to be at least Cutting Edge every tier. With a 9 hour raid schedule going into SL, raid team members will be expected to spend their 9 hours of allotted raid time per week running M+ to acquire better gear for future raid content pushes.

My guild Fruit Basket on Bleeding Hollow has recently formed from a group of friends that raided together in Legion. We’re 5/12 M after just a few raids but now we’re taking a break until shadowlands. Hi Fewty,
We’re looking for returning players with some prior CE-level experience who want a somewhat casual raid schedule while utilizing some of the best-practices you see in more serious environments.
We raid a fairly casual schedule and take advantage of our limited hours by coming to raid well prepared and highly organized. As an example, we use PTR testing footage and logs to create strats we’ll use during week 1. There’s an example from Ny’alotha in our recruitment information, and we also already have a guide posted for Hungering Destroyer in Castle Nathria.
Our primary organizational focus is on maintaining a positive and productive raid culture. We’re willing to make short term sacrifices like investing in a player who shows potential and needs some gear and some practice or removing a player who might be highly skilled individually but isn’t on board with playing as a team and keeping the raid culture positive.
