Is it just me, or on occasion, does the scenery of the game get in the way of the visibility of these World Quests, making them near if not completely impossible to complete? Any advice on how to fix this?

Even re-logging doesn’t help.

Click to remove the buff the rune chest adds on to you, move your toon/camera a little and try again. That’s the only way I know of.

Exactly. I try to position my camera in a open area so when i zooms in nothing is blocking it
For example there is one in a building with a planter or something its in front of. If you click it straight on the planter blocks it, but if you back up to it and turn camera away from the planter you can get clear.
