Even with the 25% bonus EXP I just hate that after 20 years it’s all still the same.

I vote we get a roguelike levelling experience that offers delve like gear, or after like our twelfth character just let us skip to 80, it’s boring.

I am on 80 #6, so I changed things up a bit. I am now leveling 70-80 using pet battles. When I hit 80, I will just buy gear.

This is why so many people like it when leveling is fast.
The value of the warband boost is too small, the first toon to cap should take longer (for the journey or whatever) and future toons should be way faster. Maybe a 250% boost instead of 25. Slap on a toggle for the boost for the weirdos that like slow leveling. Boom made a ton of people happy.
I just use rested XP. Run a dungeon and maybe a few WQ’s to keep gear updated. Then I wait for rested XP to build up again.
I have every class but 2 at 80, doing it that way.

kind of stupid how they disable chromie for the latest expansion despite having ran the questline on your main. Absolutely zero logic in forcing players to do the most recent expansion over and over just to remove it next expansion.
Okay, okay. This doesn’t count but…but…80 numbers 4 and 5 both dinged on that defeat the army or something pet battle in Hallowfall. I’m not sure if I see more capped toons in my future, but if I do…

I am purely doing them for the easy XP, leveling all my pets to 25 rare, and so I can watch Netflix while I do it. There is a spot in the Vale behind the NPC Inn out in the zone with 5 water bugs that respawn like hotcakes. I barley walk 8 feet to keep going LUL Anubisath Idol, and any two carry pets.
the premise of leveling in WoW since I started in TBC, has always bewildered me since in wasn’t in-line with what endgame is all about. Which was acquiring gear.
If I could change one thing about Wow, it would be to put leveling on the same path and make it about acquiring gear. No 1-80 levels.
An open world, all quest available and your mission would be to acquire gear with the eventual goal of fighting the end game bosses. Experience players could venture into tougher zones where new players could take it slower. It would have a self leveling effect. Then leveling wouldn’t feel like a time sink, it would have a purpose.
When can you start delves?
yeah since blizz makes money off the level boost. aint gonna happen.
if you hate leveling, you’re in the wrong genre.
At level 70 I believe, not sure if it can be done earlier, but it works at 70.
Well then him saying “you can level up in delves” makes no sense lol.
No you can still level somewhat in Delves, just not all the way.
You see levelling used to be good and serve a purpose, but with how fast you can now level and that the game is much more intended for end game than levelling, it’s lost its purpose.
Can you go into delves at all before level 70?
