Leveling Northrend engineering

1-50 wasnt too bad.
51-75…omg. 40k gold and wanting to pull my own fingernails out to distract from the pain, lol.
Please tell me it wasnt this horrible when the content was current.
All i wanted was a stinking Jeeves

why you do want Jeeves anyway? I just level Northrend Engineering high enough for the Nitro Boost on belt then quit

well…you see, thats a good question
Im going to have to go with ‘because’…because I really dont have a good answer as to ‘why’…other than seeing it there and not having it was driving me nuts lol

The real question is why don’t you have a miner and save yourself 15k?

If only you played during WoD. Professions weren’t split up by expansions, and
you could max out professions from scratch just by doing ez garrison stuff with practically zero cost. Thank you WoD lol.

But trust me, Jeeves is worth it! I get plenty of use out of mine. A lot of utility in a portable bank/repair vendor, especially in instances where you cant mount with your Yak or Mammoth

Seconded, Jeeves is the absolute man. Definitely worth it.

Most of the Eng stuff is worth it tbh. Loot-a-Rang, fully-upgraded Reeves, the wormhole teleports, blingtron, tinkers. I love engineering, best profession in the game for QoL upgrades.

I do. HM Tauren even. And the 15k was much less painful than mining what I needed. lol

Kinda figured it would be worth it in the end.
Trying to mine the ore needed…good lord…impossible even without fighting others for nodes. I cant imagine the horror it must have been when the content was new and everyone was fighting to get it, lol

omg, yes…Im using that thing so much now I dont know how I farmed without it, lol

edit…I guess the up front cost wasnt an issue.
made 14 Electrified Ether and put them up on the AH…made 14000g just over night.
