Currently at level 6, most efficient way to level up? Quest lines, achievements, decor to focus on?

I don’t really think there is a most efficient way to level housing. For me I just focused on decor that gave xp and endeavors. Even with that I hard focused on the gathering, cleaning up the neighborhood and any other endeavor that gave a lot of points or was easy to knock out. Think the flowers and bee quest for niffen.
I also did two weeks on one house and then two weeks working on the other house. That is because I wanted to level them both at the same as I felt I would burn out on one and never level the second one. You can passively level with just decor and dungeons/ raids/ delves but if you want something faster the endeavors will do it.

Get addons like DecorVendor or similar ones, you can sort out which decor you haven’t collected yet from every source. Every endeavor shares one task, kill 5 raid bosses at 50 exp, diminish by 5 per consecutive completion down to 25 exp. Example Sargy tomb normal to mythic is 27 kills so you can do it 5 times per week per character. First character gets 200 exp and 125 exp every character after that.

Emdeavors and decor. I also had all my toons, alliance & horde, working on the same endeavor to keep things even. Both my houses are Level 9 now…

Handy add-on for this is Vamoose endeavors.
But the quickest way is to look at the endeavors list and try to complete them…buy lots of decor.

Killing raid and dungeon bosses and completing world quests are good ways to gain experience. Even the old raids and dungeons you can solo will count.
Doing the little tasks around the village like repairing fences and cobblestones will give some xp. And then participating in thr endeavor daily will also help you level up. It all adds up!

I think this is key! Even old raids & dungeons will count. This is important to me, since I do not raid modern content, and since I can seldom get anyone to run a dungeon with me.
SO, if you are mainly a solo player, you can still get many of the high endeavor house XP tasks completed by doing old content.

Whatever you can finish. There is no set path.
Get the endeavor XP, then literally do whatever you want.
Difficulty in quest lines/achievements is subjective.
Buying decor only counts for the first learn. If you buy 20 fountains, you’re only getting XP for one of them. Do not listen to these people telling you to buy lots of decor from singular vendors. If you are only after XP, you only need to buy one copy of each decor you dont already have.
Op on my endeavor task list there are always one or two tasks I gravitate to depending on the endeavor that are efficient for points.
For Mechagon it was cleaning up the oil slicks for the Home: Be a Good Neighbor task. The oil slicks stack up quickly to make it to 100. You earn 50 points 1st time completed. Spam and do it again. And again 
For Consortium you can do Blade of the Skyguard and get a whpping 150 points. But you have to more organized and be at a certain time and place every other hour. Can search the forum for advice on that one.
So depending on your endeavor there are usually a couple tasks that are easier, have better payoff, or are just more fun for you. Good luck!

Thanks I’m mostly solo, so most of my leveling have been running delves, world quests, and good neighbor and healing artists, and any other things I can find in endeavor list
Endeavors offer a lot of house xp. The XP is listed, and most are repeatable with diminishing returns. You can run old raids and every 5 bosses will give you 50+45+40+35…etc. xp. Same with delves, world quests, gathering lumber and ore and herbs in the correct zone, etc.
What endeavors did you get this time? Maybe someone here has done it/them and can give ideas for solo players.
