Lets make a mega guild for all the levelers who are queue casualties from other servers.
Got a guild on the alli side dedicated to leveling and more casual side of the game. Dungeon groups, farming groups and more. Human Warrior named Stephanie is the character or any toon in the guild Hysteria.

If you’re horde side, you can always join Fate Decided on windseeker.
Primary Colors has around 50+ people on all the time. Horde side just message me or someone in game.

The Rangers is an alliance side guild of old schoolers including some raiders. Leveling, dungeons, and socializing. Hit me or any other up. Need more tanks!
I think creating a “reroll guild” and advertising it on the main forums would be popular.
Set a date, like 10 days from now and recruit a ton of people… Then on that day, everyone starts fresh. This used to be VERY popular in classic WoW when they rolled out new servers every few months.
This would also bring more players to Windseeker, would be cool to have an alliance AND horde guild do this.
