Been away for for a while and just wondering if there is a vendor or any way to buy some gear for a new 110 i want to lvl through bfa.
BfA quests will give you gear, dear.

I guess you could set them up with heirlooms if you wanted to, though upgrading them to 120 costs an obscene amount of money that I’m personally not willing to spend until I know how they’re going to work with the level squish in 9.0.
Right now unless you just want to experience BfA for funsies you can power a 110 up to 120 in the Korrak’s Revenge event battleground in a couple hours, and everything scales down to 60 there so there’s no need for new gear.
Sounds good! Was just making sure they didnt add some vendor or gear to encourage people to lvl their alts during the last part of bfa. 
Farm korracks to cap, than outfit with a full benthic set from your main is my recommendation. Also I recently found out that the initial quest in Korracks revenge for killing korrack, if you don’t turn it in until you are 120, you get a free ILVL 400 weapon from the quest.
You can level through the korracks thing, but if you do not level through the quest chains in the three zones then you will have no rep with any of the factions. If this is your first 110 you want to level up the “normal” way, by doing the quests and storylines in the zones.
This way you will gain reputation and other achievements needed for pathfinder. And you get gear during the process, from quest rewards and drops.
If you already have pathfinder (and flight) then the korracks things can level you up faster.
Just do things and use the random stuff you get from quests, it’s better than heirloom gear from a dps/survivability standpoint and level scaling effects leveling speed more than gear does

Is your level 110 naked or something? You get gear for leveling heck the intro quests give you a weapon and piece of azerite gear as well as your neck.

You could use any gear really and jump in the AV event for fast leveling and two cool mounts. It appears they scale gear and players to level 60.
do island expiditions great xp and the coins you get can get you some starter gear at 11 also keep your fav legendaries on till 116 they are way OP at the early bfa stuff
What has given you the feeling that Heirlooms won’t work after the level squish?
If you do Argus rares world quests you get random unsullied BoA 180 gear which along with artifact weapon will be good enough to start BFA. Then in BFA you get your azerite neck and one gear immediately and various other pieces quickly through quests. For weapon, do korrak’s revenge and the korrak quest inside, but don’t turn it in until you hit 120 so you can get a ilvl 400 weapon.
