It seems that at some point Blizzard accidentally disabled the XP buff/consumable items on the 11.1.5 PTR. It would be nice if this could get re-enabled within the next week or so, as I had hoped to do a bit of testing before the patch goes live.

I’ve tried to start a level 10 character and flew to DF, but did not have the leveling buff. I wanted to test this buff as well.
Hopefully we can test it soon, even though it only lasts for one month.

Still no fix. There’s a week left until launch, any time that I could get to test the event before it’s live would be much appreciated.
