If you didn’t so the pre patch event or had any Warbound gear you can grab some cheap Greens on the AH.
This has always happened if you just focus on leveling in Chrome Time. You wind top with a toon with crap gear.
I tried follower dungeons you have to tank them and pretend the followers dont exist if you choose dps they pull so slow I just pull all the trash and the boss and end up soloing as the followers die one by one
I would see this as a bit suspicious, honestly. Consider this scenario.
We’ve had Alpha, Beta, and the PTR. Surely someone noticed the leveling scaling at some point. Surely someone pointed it out and said “hey, this is too much. We gotta fix it”. Supposably, nothing is changed.
Fast forward to early access and the leveling process is still untouched. Now an update rolls out a day after full release on nerfing the leveling.
Call me a conspiracy theorist, but perhaps those that saw this/pointed it out got what they wanted on EA, took advantage of the scenario, and then push the “we gotta fix it” thing. Idunno. Bit fishy.

Even if youre leveling 25, you’ll be just fine because leveling that many alts actually takes some time anyway
You made so many personal insults in your post towards people who just have a different opinion than you do, I don’t understand why you think you’re the victim.
If you think open world is too easy take your gear off don’t force your view on others

No. What the change does is that a level 70 Brewmaster monk cannot touch of death a dungeon boss from full hp to dead. That’s what the change is doing.
Folks get to play the game by doing more than just look at a mob (or boss) to see it die on the spot. That ain’t fun; the update isn’t creating health sponges it is increasing the mob’s health from one to a reasonable number. One where a mob dies in at least a few hits rather than the nearly negative number of hits that even bosses could die from.

Sorry to break it to ya bud, but leveling has and always will be part of the experience.
You should be thankful that Blizzard gives you a 5% exp buff to every alt after your main that you decide to level (up to 25%).
In the end with that 25% buff, you won’t even notice a difference in leveling speed quite honestly, even with the fix to scaling.

Or they never tested what we are dealing with right now and just basically called it good because gear is set to a certain level when testing.

I also did one as a healer it was a little bit wonky like those street lights that won’t turn green if you’re too far away haha.
Exploit early, exploit often.
Punchline is, unlike things like the froggers in Remix, we didn’t even know we were “exploiting” for the most part. Bad move to nerf this by Blizzard.

Again… like I said the complaints I saw the most of were about scaling IN DUNGEONS.
Perhaps that could have been adjusted separately…?
The only dungeon I did was the rookery, and that was as a follower dungeon because it was part of the campaign. I did it on my 502 warlock and it was pretty easy as a follower instance. But those are supposed to be easier, as far as I know.

Irrelevant and honestly defending Blizzard on this makes no sense. What you said is “it’s okay they screwed non EA players, you were going to waste time playing anyway”. That’s a horrible take, you are entitled to it, but I don’t think you realize how it sounds.

TODAY? Maybe.
Six months from now? Absolutely not. It’s torturing all the players that will be ilvl 350-400 going into this content for not being more geared than they could possibly be at that point.
