blacksmith crafting not letting you craft the hard leystone bar or leystone nail

Can confirm.
Am trying to level Legion Blacksmithing too “Leysmithing Mastery: Handcrafted Leystone Gauntlets”
I have the quest mats, received the notification that I have learned the required recipes to create the quest item, but none of the quest item recipes appear in my crafting book.
This includes via clicking on the Forge, Quenching Trough, Anvil, or by just opening my recipe book.
Have disabled all addons and still have the issue

Same as above, every time I walk into the smithy in Dalaran I get the fanfare that I’ve learned the Handcrafted gauntlets but there’s nothing in my craft panel and I can’t access it through any of the clickable forge equipment.
surprised that the devs don’t patch in a book to bypass those quests temporarily till its actually fixed the jeweler’s same issue and blacksmithing and leatherworking though having to go back to old zones is a bit repetitive maybe selling books or charms to train might help
I’m having this issue as well with the Leysmithing Mastery quest, and I’m not using add ons at all.
Found a solution posted by Clumsyhead in comments section of wowhead here
Essentially this works for all quests, you creat a pickup spell in your macros, drop the spell on your bar, use the spell to craft the items. Rinse Repeat, it becomes a bit tricky when you’re doing timed crafting but you just need the spells lined up on your bars
eg: to craft “Red Hot Leystone Bar” you look up the spell number from wowhead link, create macro “/run PickupSpell(######)” the six digit code is the code from the URL from wowhead eg. https://www.wowhead.com/spell= 184336 /red-hot-leystone-bar
Have used this for subsequent quests and am now a long way through
