Leveling Buffed!

The experience required to level from 1 to 110 has decreased substantially on the PTR, with extremely small changes to the 110 to 120 experience. The following chart shows just how much the experience has been lowered.

It's only extremely small for current content.... Everything before 110 got reduced significantly i.e. 40% in the 60s

110-120 is extremely small, and that's fine.

It's "current expansion" so if it's slower, that's to be expected. But all those prior 10+ year old stuff doesn't need to take longer than current stuff.

The areas that needed it most with the most monotomy on leveling alts, 60-110, were given attention, mostly the 60-80 range and Draenor.

They could do this with a hotfix today. Hey Blizz my alts are ready to go let's get moving on this now please?

there is also a new potion which increases leveling speed coming out?

maybe it can use mats from all the leveling zones to bring some life back

i wish they could rework 1-300 profs into being relevent with current content

anyways i have 4 toons sub 60 which i kind of have stalled out on and i want it to be as quick as possible

The timing is good, and bad. I haven't leveled a new toon since June, Just yesterday I created a Goblin Warlock. Then last night I read that, if I wait 5 weeks, every single level will be faster. From 60 to 80 it will be 40% faster.

I know I should ignore it, and just enjoy leveling. But I also know that I will be constantly thinking "this would be 40% faster" and will enjoy it less.
