Ok… I try to use Hekili addon to help me learn a classes rotation and since I’ve never played a Druid BUT have played a lot of Rogue, it’s made me question the Feral rotation Hekili is having me use.
From Prowl → Rake → Tiger’s Fury → Swipe (to 5 combo points) → Ferocious Bite
Should I replace Swipe with Shred and save Swipe and Thrash for AoE?

For single target yes you would use Shred instead of Swipe. What Hekili may be doing is assuming that you’re using the talent Brutal Slash, which replaces Swipe and gives you a more powerful DPE alternative to Shred.

It’s not accurate below level 50 for any spec IIRC. It’s just not coded to work at lower levels. It says as much when you log in with a lower char using the addon.
There are also toggles for ST/AoE that might be coming into play here.
