Leveling 60-70 in War Within

I’m a bum that missed prepatch. What is the most efficient way to level from 60-70 currently?

Just the usual will work fine. Questing while waiting on dungeon queues.

I think all of the chromie time goes to 70 now so pick your favorite era and quest/dungeon shouldn’t take long.

Or jump on the trend of exploring to level if it’s an alt
