There’s (currently) a workaround for the kicked out of Chromie time thing.

Create a starter account, create a character, group with your main account character, and party sync will max out your effective level to 50.

I’m not on the PTR, and have never done all those steps, so I don’t know if I missed any steps in the workaround.

What you said there is pretty close to it yeah.

No one has tried it since the last patch, so I do not know if it works still or not.

There is a problem with dungeons and that method though since it will add an afk player to every dungeon you do.
