Just need to make sure I get this right. I want to know what the max level is for a level lock. I know for sure that you can’t terminate experience at 70, so I assume 69 is an available level? Can someone confirm this?
Right now level 69 can lock XP and 70 can only “lock” xp if they don’t buy TWW but tomorrow with prepatch, non-TWW accounts will get a new level cap of 80. Unsure of prepatch changes.

69 is the last level you can lock.
Tho with midnight coming soon, 79 is probably gonna be lockable once they increase the level range

Yep! And if you don’t buy midnight, or you have a second account set up that only pays the sub, you can have your characters “locked” at the max level of 80 with full access to Chromie time in every expansion, and probably quite overpowered gear if you do the prepatch activities.

Currently the XP bar goes away automatically when a character on a non-TWW account reaches 70. They are not considered xp locked.
Right, it’s even better than an XP lock - you don’t cause people you group with to have reduced XP gains.
