It says with the level 85 boost isn’t available for Pandaren Race, but is it available for monk with different races other than Pandaren?
I think the only reason that text exists is because Pandaren aren’t currently in Cataclysm Classic. Once the pre-patch comes out, I think it’s likely you’ll be able to use it on a Pandaren. This is currently the case on the PTR, and allows you to even select Alliance or Horde. So, they’ve got the one special logic all ready to go.
