What doesn’t make sense about it? By making boosts freely available that removes people from the leveling process, meaning there are even fewer people leveling and thus running dungeons

Just be patient. You’ll likely get an 80 boost when Cata launches.
I’d love to be able to buy boosts. I’d actually boost several toons to 70. I was going to just buy new accounts and transfers characters between accounts, but then it turns out that you can’t do that with classic only on retail…
